2023 new customization Automatic volute Sludge Dehydrator Multi-Disk Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine for Farm
This equipment is mainly used for sludge dewatering. After dehydration, the water content of the sludge can be reduced to 75% -85%. The stacked screw type sludge dewatering machine integrates a fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge concentration and dewatering water body, and a liquid collection tank. Efficient flocculation can be achieved under fully automatic operating conditions, continuously completing sludge concentration and pressure filtration dehydration. Finally, the collected filtrate will be returned or discharged.
Working Principle
1. The sludge is transported to the flocculation reaction tank through a sludge pump.
2. The sludge and flocculant (PAM) are mixed in a flocculation tank and fully mixed through a mixer to form a large flocculant.
3. The solid-liquid mixture enters the spiral cavity through gravity flow through the pipeline.
4. By using a reducer to drive the spiral shaft to rotate, the sludge is concentrated by gravity from the concentration section and moves towards the dehydration section.
5. The filtrate flows out from the gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring, and is further pressurized and dehydrated by adjusting the gap of the back pressure plate located at the mud discharge port, ultimately discharging the mud cake.
