The central drive mud scraper is widely applicable to the sludge scraping and discharging of the radial flow (circular) sedimentation tank with a diameter of generally not more than 18m in the water plant or sewage treatment plant in the water supply and drainage project. Working Principle
The central drive mud scraper adopts the central drive and suspension type. After the sewage flows into the diversion drum from the inlet pipe under the working bridge and diffuses, it flows out evenly in a radial manner to the periphery. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The drive device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and mud scraper to rotate. After the sludge is scraped from the periphery of the tank to the central sludge collecting tank, it is discharged from the tank through the sludge discharge pipe by the hydrostatic pressure in the tank, The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the pool side through the rotary skimming device, and then scraped into the slag bucket by the scraper and discharged out of the pool; The supernatant overflows into the outlet channel and is discharged through the triangular outlet weir plate.
Operation Attention
1. Preparations before starting up: check whether the reducer is filled to the normal oil level, whether there are foreign matters stuck on the water surface by the running part, and there should be no wood blocks or other foreign matters, so as to avoid failure during operation.
2. Connect the motor power supply and check the positive and negative steering.
3. The oil in the reducer needs to be changed once a month after use, and only once a year thereafter.
4. During the operation of the equipment, attention shall be paid to whether the operation is normal. If any problem is found, stop the operation in time for inspection.
