Shaftless screw conveyor is a new type of screw conveyor independently developed by our company according to the actual situation that the building materials, chemical industry, electric power, medicine, metallurgy, food and other industries are highly abrasive, viscous, easy to agglomerate, easy to form material blockage when winding materials, and the screw conveyor can not work normally due to the damage of the hanging bearing. It is suitable for continuous and uniform transportation of loose, viscous and easily entangled materials. The temperature of materials transported can reach 100 ℃ and the inclination angle is less than 45 °.
Product features
Compared with the traditional axial screw conveyor, the shaftless screw conveyor has the following outstanding advantages because it adopts the design of no central shaft and hanging bearing and uses the integral steel screw with certain flexibility to push materials:
1. The screw has wear resistance and durability and long service life.
2. Strong winding resistance: no central shaft interference, with special advantages for conveying belt shaped and easily wound materials, to prevent accidents caused by blockage.
3. Good performance: the spiral surface which is fully enclosed and easy to clean can ensure environmental sanitation and that the transported materials are not polluted or leaked.
4. Large torque and low energy consumption: because the screw has no shaft and the material is not easy to block, it can run at a lower speed, drive stably and reduce energy consumption.
5. Large conveying capacity: the conveying capacity is 1.5 times of the traditional shaft conveyor with the same diameter, up to 40m3/h. The conveying distance is long, up to 25 meters, and can be installed in series according to the user's needs. The material can be transported over a long distance.
6. Compact structure, simple operation, economical and durable, less maintenance and low maintenance cost.
Product composition
This product is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, casing, shaftless spiral, slot liner, feed inlet, outlet, cover (when required), base, etc.
1. Driving device: cycloidal pin wheel reducer or shaft mounted hard tooth surface gear reducer shall be used. During design, the driving device shall be set at the discharge port as far as possible, so that the spiral body is under tension during operation.
2. The head is equipped with a thrust bearing, which can bear the axial force generated when transporting materials.
3. Casing: The casing is U-shaped or O-shaped, and the upper part is equipped with a rainproof cover made of stainless steel, carbon steel or fiberglass.
4. Shaftless spirochete: made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
5. Tank lining plate: the material is wear-resistant plastic plate, rubber plate or cast stone plate.
6. Inlet and outlet: There are two types: square and round. Generally, the type of inlet and outlet is determined by the user.
