The chain type sludge scraper is a suspension type sludge removal equipment, which is suitable for discharging sludge from circular primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and concentration tank in water treatment projects. The sedimentation tank is of concrete or steel structure. The bottom of the tank is slightly conical, and the center of the tank bottom is a sludge bucket connected with a sludge pipe. The working bridge is of concrete or steel structure. This equipment does not include the pool body and the working bridge. The user can solve the problem by himself.
Working Principle
The scum scraper skims the scum on the liquid surface from the center of the pool to the periphery of the pool and collects it in the hinge type slag scraper area. The collected scum moves around the pool with the host machine to the skimming bucket, and is scraped to the skimming bucket through the hinge of the slag scraper and discharged outside the pool.
Product Composition
The chain plate type mud scraper is mainly composed of drive mechanism, main beam, central rotary support, guide cylinder, mud scraping system, slag bucket and flushing mechanism, articulated slag scraper, slag skimming plate, slag skimming bucket, water outlet triangular edge plate, scum baffle, control box and other components.
