Shaftless screw conveyor can transport materials that can not or are not easily transported by traditional shaft screw conveyor and belt conveyor, such as granular and powdery materials, wet and pasty materials, semi fluid and viscous materials, and materials that are easy to wind and block. It can be used for horizontal or inclined conveying (with an inclination of 20). The working environment temperature is between - 20 ℃ and+150 ℃, and the temperature of conveyed materials should be lower than 200 ℃. The spiral surface, which is fully enclosed and easy to clean, can ensure that the environment is clean and the delivered materials are free from pollution and leakage.
Main Features
Compared with the traditional axial screw conveyor, the shaftless screw conveyor has the advantages of strong anti entanglement,no central shaft interference and so on, because it adopts the design of no central shaft and has a certain degree of flexibility of the overall steel screw to push materials. It has special advantages for conveying belt shaped and easily entangled materials.
Application scenarios
It is mainly used for the transportation of small solid particles (such as pulverized coal, cement, sand, lump coal, cereals,etc.) in chemical plants, food and kitchen waste, and the transportation of materials such as trash remover grid residue and filter press mud cake in sewage treatment plants, with good environmental protection.
