The central drive suspended sludge scraping is mainly used in the round sludge thickening tank of the sewage treatment plant to scrape the sludge settled on the bottom of the tank to the sludge sump for sludge return or thickening and dewatering, and skim the scum on the tank surface to the scum hopper, which is discharged out of the tank through the scum hopper for further treatment.
working principle
Driven by the power unit, the sludge scraper drives the suspended scraper frame to rotate, and scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the central sludge sump through the scraper. To improve the sludge thickening effect, the scraper arm drives the thickening grid bar to stir slowly. When passing through the sludge, it provides a passage for sewage to escape from the sludge.
